Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Englewood, part of the Guardian family, seeks a customer-focused account liaison to manage ongoing client relationships and resolve service issues. You will collaborate with pharmacy operations to ensure timely, accurate support for facilities such as assisted living and skilled nursing centers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in long-term care pharmacy, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in long-term care pharmacy or institutional patient care.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues proactively.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts and understand client needs.
• Coordinate with pharmacy operations to resolve service issues promptly.
