Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Utah is seeking a client-focused professional to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, delivering exceptional service and solutions within our long-term care pharmacy framework.

The role emphasizes relationship building, project leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards. Travel within the territory is required to meet clients and provide on-site support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in long term care pharmacy or institutional settings.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot customer service issues and deliver proactive solutions.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use CRM and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts and address client needs.
• Work with pharmacy operations to resolve service issues and manage client expectations.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist in onboarding and data collection with eMAR support as needed.
• Prepare business reviews with facility management and present value-added services.
• Conduct training sessions on operational best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client activity in Salesforce CRM, tracking tasks and contacts.
• Support local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
