Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Section Leader for the SE&TC discipline within Mission Systems Integration. Based in Tewksbury, MA, you will lead a team of engineers, set goals, and drive performance and staffing decisions in a fast-paced DoD-focused environment.

You will mentor staff, contribute to department initiatives, ensure policy adherence, and maintain alignment with RTX Values and Behaviors while delivering system-level integration and testing leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the Performance Development process.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
