RTX’s Hardware Engineering ERBS team in Tewksbury, MA seeks a LTAMDS Material Lead and Production Control Specialist to oversee non‑production material across LTAMDS programs, coordinating with engineering and supply chain to meet aggressive schedules.

Role focuses on resolving bottlenecks in PReqs/POs, ensuring material availability, and optimizing inventory and BOM planning using MRP tools. On‑site role with relocation options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, including MRP (Kinaxis, SAP, PRISM).
• Experience driving collaboration across Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Understanding of supply chain media and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-production material procurement tasks across ERBS LTAMDS programs.
• Collaborate with LTAMDS leads to understand material needs and schedules.
• Coordinate with ERBS Material Planners, GSC Leadership, and Suppliers for timely PO placement and delivery.
• Review bottlenecks in PReqs, POs, and supplier deliveries to drive resolution.
• Prioritize material and align with GSC on tasking and schedules.
• Ensure material availability aligns with build schedule for ERBS programs.
• Propose sound business solutions to improve inter-organizational collaboration.
• Analyze and plan inventory, BOMs, and material requirements using MRP tools.
