Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, through its ERBS organization in the LTAMDS program, seeks a Principal Program Execution Lead on-site in Tewksbury, MA. The role leads cost, schedule, and EVMS activities across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, coordinating with IPT leads for program status and risk mitigation.

The role requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of program experience, with strong procurement and leadership capabilities. On-site work and DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience presenting Program EACs to leadership.
• Significant understanding of procurement processes and requirements.
• Experience managing personnel, schedules, and budgets within engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Lead EAC reviews with the department manager and set priorities.
• Autonomously manage cost and schedule for assigned programs and report status.
• Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations.
• Track risks and opportunities and coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Plan material procurement progress and ensure on-time delivery of material.
• Coordinate QA, design reviews, and ship readiness reviews.
• Oversee hand-offs of completed equipment to internal customers and shipping.
