Job summary

Timberline Post Acute is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to lead the nursing team in a long-term care facility in Albany, Oregon. The role focuses on directing nursing assistants, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree (or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program).
• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities
