Job summary

Westerville Post Acute seeks an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to lead the nursing team and coordinate daily resident care. You will oversee nursing assistants, ensure adherence to care plans, and maintain accurate documentation under state and federal guidelines.

You will supervise medication administration, participate in quality assurance, and collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered nursing license (LPN/LVN) in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily nursing activities of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain and review care plans and documentation.
• Administer medications as ordered and supervise accurate medication administration.
