Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care and supervising nursing assistants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, documentation, and QA programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily nursing activities of the unit to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and nursing reports.
