Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a driven Loyalty & Promotions Consultant to join Empathy Lab in North America. You will help design loyalty programs, promotion strategies, and subscription models to drive measurable growth for major brands across QSR, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Goods.

You will work with senior leads and cross-functional teams to shape offerings, support engagements, and build expertise in loyalty and promotions—travel may be required to engage clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience designing loyalty programs and promotion strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support development of loyalty and promotion recommendations for clients.
• Contribute to end-to-end program design, including business cases and go-to-market approaches.
• Collaborate with data, design, product, and delivery teams to execute client projects.
