Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the loyalty execution platform across AI, analytics, and personalized customer journeys for enterprise clients.

You will shape the product strategy, gather market insights, and translate needs into capabilities that deliver measurable value. This role partners with engineering, data, and client teams to deploy scalable features worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of product management, development, or related roles.
• Experience with SaaS marketing tech, loyalty or CRM is preferred.
• Direct loyalty, engagement, data analytics experience is ideal.
• Proven track record from concept to launch and adoption.
• Strong ability to translate feedback into roadmap initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled personalization and marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize features based on value, demand, and impact.
