Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Sephora at Kohl’s loyalty initiatives. You will drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention across Sephora at Kohl’s retail and ecommerce, shaping the loyalty roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling programs.

You will own end-to-end strategy, monitor KPIs, and work with Beauty Insider and Kohl’s Rewards partners to maximize customer lifetime value while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 8+ years in marketing, program management or loyalty programs.
• Strong marketing acumen and client-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional programs and partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead loyalty marketing activities for Sephora at Kohl’s across retail and ecommerce.
• Drive Beauty Insider member acquisition, engagement, retention and sampling redemption.
• Define loyalty roadmap and campaigns for client journey and CRM communications.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing strategy in partnership with internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs and manage budget for loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with Kohl’s Rewards on dual rewards marketing strategies.
