Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial security, low-voltage, or construction industries.
• Projects range from $100,000 to multi-million-dollar installations.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial security and low-voltage projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, resource plans, and material procurement timelines.
• Coordinate security technicians, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings and scopes to ensure requirements are met.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, customer updates, and project closeout meetings.
• Track financial performance, labor, and change orders; forecast needs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and building codes.
• Collaborate with sales/operations/engineering for customer satisfaction and delivery.
• Manage project documentation and turnover packages.
