Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors installing ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems. You will coordinate multiple projects with input from engineering, sales, and technical staff to meet stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronic security project management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project, SimPro or Smartsheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in electronic security systems.
• Experience with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, or DMP is a plus.
• Must pass a background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and red-line drawings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure work meets standards.
• Assist with creating proposals as needed.
