Responsibilities
Project administration of current and future installations of fire, security, CCTV, card access, and other specialty systems.
Coordinate with management team and ensure proper project documentation between contracts administrator and sales representative.
Oversee required documentation of site visits, communications, RFI, transmittal letters, permits, and closeout requirements.
Ensure safety programs prevent injury and maintain project compliance.
Execute monthly manpower backlog reports to support manpower loading and customer satisfaction.
Implement change orders to achieve significant gross profit.
Participate in meetings with contracts administration, field supervision, and engineering to review ongoing projects.
Assist with construction scheduling to meet installation and certification testing deadlines.
Update project logs with dates, man hours, approvals, and system types.
Provide in-hous estimating and proposals for existing customers and new projects.
