Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Security Project Lead to oversee field operations for commercial security installations in Lebanon, IN. You will manage installation teams and coordinate daily activities to deliver access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems on time and budget.

You will collaborate with project managers, customers, and technicians, applying strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure quality, safety, and a successful handoff to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial security system installations.
• Strong background in access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to coordinate technicians and manage field activities.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Strong organizational and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field technicians during installations.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and priorities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and integrated systems.
• Review plans and drawings to ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handoff.
• Enforce safety procedures on site.
