Bridgehead IT is hiring a Senior Low Voltage Technician to lead field installations across Texas, including structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and audio visual systems. You will work from drawings, supervise a crew, and coordinate with clients and contractors to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

This role emphasizes craftsmanship, problem solving in the field, and thorough documentation, with travel to client sites and flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years installing low voltage systems, including structured cabling and related tech.
• Ability to read construction prints, riser diagrams, and floor plans without supervision.
• Experience leading a small installation crew on active job sites.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurability under our auto policy.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and audio visual systems at client sites across Texas.
• Lead installation crew, coordinate with clients and other trades, and ensure work meets project specs.
• Test, document, and turnover projects with as-built drawings and required paperwork.
