Job summary

RTX is seeking a skilled engineer for an on-site role in Tucson, AZ. The candidate will work on Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and testing within integrated product teams to apply advanced signature control techniques to deliverables.

The position requires a STEM background with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and a Secret Security Clearance. Onsite role with competitive compensation and benefits in the RTX defense program.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities
