RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an onsite engineer to lead Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and testing. You will collaborate with integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques and deliver solutions to customers.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced STEM degree with 3+ years, plus a Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Onsite work with extensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products.
