Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a seasoned engineer to design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS) in integrated product teams. You will help apply signature control techniques to deliver measurable performance improvements.

The role requires a Secret clearance and at least 5–8 years of relevant experience (or a related advanced degree with 5+ years). On-site work and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques to deliver products.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design to customers.
