RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced RCS engineer to design, analyze, and test radar cross section, integrating advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products within integrated product teams.

The role requires STEM degree with 8+ years or advanced degree with 5+ years, and a Secret security clearance. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense technologies.

Qualificações

• STEM degree with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: high-temperature RCS reduction techniques; infrared/lir signatures analysis; cross section reduction techniques; experience with CEM codes.

Responsabilidades

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
