Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced RCS engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will contribute to radar cross section design, testing, and integration with signature control techniques within cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge defense systems.

The position requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus a Secret security clearance. Onsite work in Tucson, with strong emphasis on performance assessment and customer-facing results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS).
• Work in integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques to deliverables and assess system performance.
• Present testing, analysis, and design results to internal and external customers.
