Job summary

RTX is seeking an on-site RCS engineer in Tucson, AZ, requiring active security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section aspects, collaborating in cross-functional teams to integrate signature control techniques into deliverables and assess system-level performance. The role demands STEM background, experience in RCS measurement and design, and a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in assessment of system performance
