Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Loss Prevention to lead the department, safeguard guests and property, and drive safety compliance across the hotel. This role oversees agents, supervisors, and managers, ensures accurate incident reporting, and maintains surveillance and key control protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in Loss Prevention/Security Management within a hotel setting, with strong leadership, English communication, and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years Loss Prevention/Security Management experience in a hotel or related industry.
• College degree preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to delegate, train, develop and motivate staff.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA guidelines knowledge and workplace safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; able to complete incident reports and investigations.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department and oversee protection of guests, associates, and property.
• Plan, train, and direct Loss Prevention Agents, Supervisor, and Manager.
• Review Lost Prevention reports for accuracy and timely submission.
• Investigate incidents involving guests or associates and document findings.
• Maintain surveillance procedures and key control program adherence.
• Coordinate security measures across lobby, dining areas, and back-of-house.
• Conduct OSHA and safety trainings; lead monthly safety meetings.
