Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help maintain a safe environment for guests and workers. You will patrol the property, respond to safety needs, and document incidents and investigations with accuracy.

Responsibilities include protecting assets, monitoring access, assisting guests, and coordinating with management during emergencies. Requires 21+ and strong composure under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 4 hours per shift.
• Effective communication by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be 21 or older due to alcohol service.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred.
• Must remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Must pass drug screening and MVR.
• Flexible schedule including day & night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety and protect assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow up on investigations of crimes against property and people.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates with proper documentation and witness statements.
• Prepare incident and accident reports and monitor investigations to closure.
• Maintain records (camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook, interactions).
• Distribute visitor and vendor access by badges.
• Perform bag checks for associates leaving the property.
• Escort guests needing privacy entering/exiting through heart of the house areas.
• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive guest or associate issues.
• Assist with alarm systems and fire safety, monitoring building access and service areas.
• Support hotel management in emergencies and guide guests and associates to safety.
