Job summary

• Discipline Security personnel in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of Security.
• Review security reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain effective relationships with other hotel departments to ensure security needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring/termination of Security personnel with the Director/Assistant Director of Security.
• Ensure shift personnel are properly assigned at all times.
• Review all Security reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate incidents and prepare thorough reports on losses, thefts, and violence.
• Monitor traffic in lobby, restaurant, restrooms, garage, and room service areas.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Director of Security.
