Job summary

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of Loss Prevention experience.
• Able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Capable of documenting incidents clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform property patrols observing, reporting, and correcting safety and security deficiencies.
• Respond to all emergency calls following established procedures.
• Prepare thorough written reports on incidents and actions taken during shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure found property per policy and legal requirements.
• Supervise staff checklists and ensure daily reporting and training needs are met.
