Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Oklahoma City is seeking a Loss Prevention (Security) Officer to uphold guest and staff safety and secure hotel assets. You will respond to safety concerns, monitor entrances, and document incidents and emergencies according to LP directives.

Responsibilities include patrolling property, assisting guests and associates, initiating investigations, maintaining records, and supporting emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety of guests and employees and to protect assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow-up investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates ensuring documentation and witness statements.
• Maintain records including camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook and interactions.
