Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Loss Mitigation Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a team ensuring pre-foreclosure loan workouts meet agency and insurer guidelines. You will review and underwrite workouts, maintain up-to-date standards, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3-5 years in leadership and underwriting loss mitigation, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with PMI and agency

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ leadership and management experience.
• 3-5 years’ underwriting loss mitigation or mortgage loan origination experience.
• Knowledge of PMI, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA servicing guidelines.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations (RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA).
• Knowledge of loan processing, underwriting and/or closing procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and urgency in meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loss mitigation loan workout quality for the entire serviced portfolio.
• Lead a team of up to 8+ Loss Mitigation Quality Assurance Specialists.
• Assist team with underwriting and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with government agency and insurer guidelines.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews of the team.
• Improve and implement department processes and policy for portfolio quality.
• Review borrower documents and compute financial information.
• Review title, loan documents and valuation information.
• Review net present value models for each file and ensure input quality.
• Maintain quality records of loan workout files.
• Meet RoundPoint’s compliance commitments.
