Job summary

iDC Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise staff, and implement action plans to meet customer service, cost, and productivity goals.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 2+ years in logistics with hands-on experience in warehousing and inventory control. This is a full-time, exempt position based in California, offering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in logistics/freight forwarding or airfreight preferred
• Experience with pallets/ULDs required
• 1+ years' supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
• Knowledge of distribution methods and standard warehouse SOPs
• Ability to use technology-operating tools (WMS, scanning) and analyze KPIs

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and distribution including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control
• Manage material handling equipment such as pallet movers and forklifts
• Coordinate transportation of customer materials to and from the facility
• Ensure inbound receipt, inventory control, and outbound dispatch
• Uphold safety and security for inventory and staff
• Develop and implement process improvements for service delivery
• Provide customized warehousing and transportation solutions
• Monitor KPIs and ensure budget targets are met
• Supervise staff including hiring, coaching, and training
