Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station in Riverside, MO. You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, driving safety, quality and performance while managing budgets and talent development.

You will implement lean initiatives, measure performance, and coordinate with DSPs and other partners to meet ambitious service levels in a 24/7 operation. This role demands strong analytics, communication, and adaptive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing and HR processes.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in local language and English.
• Experience managing third-party resources regionally.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all DS operations.
• Drive vision and lead quality, process change and lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Identify gaps between performance and goals and implement corrective actions.
• Set expectations for Ops/Area/Shift Managers; measure and hold performance accountable.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Hire and develop talent; create a talent plan for the site.
• Leverage managers to source ideas and build improvement plans.
• Foster strong culture and engagement across the DS team.
• Share best practices across departments and the network.
• Collaborate with Transport, DSP, Finance, IT, HR, and Engineering.
