Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end material flow for engineering parts, spares, and tools. You will handle inbound receiving, inspection, ESD-safe handling, and inventory control with full traceability in the ERP system.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Field Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement to ensure parts are in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or materials handling.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or similar.
• Working knowledge of ESD controls and cleanroom interfaces.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems.
• Hazmat shipping knowledge (IATA/DOT).

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving: verify parts against POs, packing slips, and ASN data.
• Store parts in appropriate locations and maintain accurate inventory.
• Kit and stage engineering builds and manage returns/RMA.
• Outbound shipping domestically and internationally with proper documentation.
• Maintain 5S, safety and ESD compliance in warehouse areas.
