Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts Manager to oversee spare parts inventory, shipments, and support for Field Service Engineers.

You will manage receiving, logging, and tracking parts and End-of-Arm Tooling (EoAT) while maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with inventory systems and ticketing platforms, and knowledge of shipping processes.

• Experience with inventory tracking systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Archer).
• Familiarity with shipping logistics and processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Package Handling: Retrieve packages containing spare parts or refurbished EoATs and deliver to site, update inventory records.
• Inventory Management: Log and track all incoming/outgoing inventory; update tickets and records; coordinate with FSE for spare usage.
• Spares Delivery: Provide spare parts to Field Service Engineers with proper documentation and tickets.
• Issue Tracking and Reporting: Maintain trackers with serial numbers, timestamps and links; compile daily spares usage reports.
• Shipping Management: Prepare items for shipment, ensure packaging/docs (serials, tickets, shipping details); coordinate UPS shipments.
• Inventory Updates: Keep systems updated on status/location of all parts and EoATs; mark defective items as In Transit.
