Job summary

Pd-rx Pharmaceuticals Inc seeks a Shipping/Receiving Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely movement of products. You will supervise staff, coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers, and maintain documentation in a compliant, organized warehouse.

The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency while upholding safety standards in a warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee the receiving of incoming materials and verify shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate shipping and receiving employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shipping and receiving environment and enforce safety policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and carriers; resolve issues promptly.
• Support special projects and other operational needs as assigned.
