Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst (Sr. Staff) to lead pricing strategy across direct-operated and 3PL networks, perform cost modeling, and manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes using the Cello platform.

You will collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT to draft, review, and maintain MSAs, SLAs, and rate cards while benchmarking bids to secure optimal pricing and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics pricing, cost modeling, warehousing procurement, or contract administration.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Cello, TMS, WMS, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic cost models to evaluate 3PL proposals and benchmark against direct-operation costs.
• Generate executive reports, pricing summaries, and scenario comparisons to support strategic decision-making and site selection.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for warehousing operations and direct-operation support vendors.
• Oversee contract extensions, pricing amendments, and scope-change controls with internal/external partners.
