10 BTI Solutions, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to analyze transportation data, optimize routes, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Management, and Transportation Operations teams.

In this role, you will translate large data sets in TMS and WMS to support sales targets and customer delivery expectations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics, strong Excel and data-management skills, and the ability to drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and 3+ years of logistics/transportation experience.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve problems for trucks and drivers in transit.
• Monitor and adjust daily and next-day transportation plans.
• Lead strategic projects to reduce costs or increase logistics efficiency.
• Negotiate transportation costs, contracts, rates, and storage fees.
• Manage multiple tasks and collaborate with 3PLs to resolve issues.
• Establish and measure KPIs for on-time delivery and inventory.
• Document data for supporting departments and create reports.
• Support sales, executives, and regulatory teams as needed.
