Job summary

Syncreon is seeking a Senior Operations Account Manager to serve as the key link between our operations and customers—driving profitability, managing relationships, and leading pricing discussions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership, prepare commercial documents, track KPIs, and influence strategy to expand the service portfolio and improve contractual outcomes.

Qualifications

• Credentials in technical or commercial field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in account management with pricing templates and cost databases.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, manufacturing or repair services in tech.
• Understanding of production and logistics costs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with client needs and champion their requirements.
• Ability to interpret data and derive conclusions from analysis.
• Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line point of contact for daily customer account management.
• Build trusted relationships with customer reps across ops, engineering, quality, procurement, and more.
• Assist in pricing, cost estimates, proposals, and all commercial documents for quotes.
• Defend pricing to internal staff and customers.
• Analyze pricing, cost, and profitability across global sites.
• Review data and perform detailed price comparisons for accuracy.
• Communicate changes and ensure timely pricing updates and scope changes.
• Forecast and track key account metrics; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities beyond current service portfolio with Account Director.
• Raise Change Request Forms and track CRF history.
• Prepare presentations for weekly/monthly business reviews and cover commercial topics.
• Monitor contractual KPIs and reports; support MRB/QBR/SBRs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
