Job summary

Syncreon in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an L2 Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day order management and customer service. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with account control, and ensure timely processing of orders and accurate reporting to meet KPIs.

The role focuses on continuous improvement of operations, inbound/outbound scheduling, and stock levels, with opportunities to contribute to layout and efficiency initiatives within a growing 3PL.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to manage issues promptly.
• Strong Excel skills with data tracking and analysis.
• Able to adapt in a fast-changing environment and multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and day-to-day reports for orders.
• Build relationships with Key Account control tower staff to service requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports with accuracy.
• Support inbound/outbound operations through scheduling and coordination.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Process order setup via internal systems including EDI feeds.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI targets and inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
