Strong leadership, planning and communication skills are essential for daily workforce management and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 7 years in logistics and 5 years in supervision; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years’ supervision experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehousing, receiving and shipping to meet KPIs.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume and optimize space and equipment.
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives in operations.
• Maintain client SLA compliance and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing and cross-training initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
