Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
• Experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environments.
• Experience in hiring and promoting employees for multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using own judgment or consulting others.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of staff across multiple departments.
