Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred; plus Walmart Logistics experience.
• 1–2 years Walmart Logistics or supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to achieve goals.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards; train associates.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; assign duties and provide feedback.
