Responsabilidades

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to convey goals and actions.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to meet facility goals.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders, including hiring and promotions.
