Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 2–4 years related functional experience
• Willingness to travel and work specified schedule

• Lead and supervise hourly workforce and driver operations
• Manage scheduling, performance, attendance and discipline as needed
• Monitor safety, productivity and costs to meet objectives
• Coordinate with management on hiring and training of staff
• Ensure proper documentation, reports, and compliance with policies
