Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and interview hourly associates; monitor attendance and productivity.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and manage associates' hours to minimize overtime.
• Maintain safety alignment with location strategy and provide training and direction.
• Plan fleet/asset use and coordinate with hourly staff on safe operation.
