Job summary

Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager in Romulus, MI to oversee the operation of a key account and drive profitability. You will manage both salaried and hourly staff, coordinate with senior management and customers, and ensure safety and compliance across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership, analytic ability, and experience in transportation or warehouse logistics. This salaried position offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise salaried and hourly staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Oversee payroll and manage account profitability and reporting.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide data to leadership.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and safety training to ensure compliance.
