Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager Logistics in the United States to oversee efficient account operations, including P&L, customer satisfaction, compliance, and safety.

You will lead salaried and hourly staff, coordinate with senior management and customers, and ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include safety training, vendor management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account accordingly.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide financial data and reports to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead Safety & Security meetings and safety training; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned; maintain a flexible schedule across shifts.
