The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a starting salary of $70,000–$75,000 and full benefits. Responsibilities include managing salaried and hourly staff, coordinating with customers to meet demands, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years of direct reports management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation/warehouse logistics operations (advanced).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff performance; resolve issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Payroll responsibility for employees.
• Analyze P&L weekly/monthly and provide reports to senior management.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety regulation compliance.
