Qualifications

• Experience leading end‑to‑end logistics across multiple sites.
• Strong yard and trailer optimization expertise.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics, yard, warehouse, transportation, and distribution across three or more locations.
• Direct and develop weekday and weekend managers for consistent execution.
• Maintain control of approximately 900 trailer spaces and yard operations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound trailer activity, dock flow, and inventory transitions.
• Coordinate transportation schedules, carrier performance, and freight management.
• Drive throughput, reduce trailer dwell time, improve yard flow and OTIF results.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting to customers.
• Serve as primary customer contact for service alignment and issue resolution.
• Support multi‑site, multi‑shift, and 24/7 operations when required.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and safety/compliance standards are met.
