Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent
• Five+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field
• Five+ years managing, leading and developing direct reports
• Three+ years Profit & Loss responsibility preferred

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfaction
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation
• Identify and solve issues, implement LEAN improvements
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance of employees
• Maintain open communications within teams and with other groups
• Possibly manage P&L depending on scope
• Lead safety programs to ensure a safe environment
