Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction, operations, compliance, and financial results.
• Act as primary customer interface for proposals and contracts.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO initiatives at the site.
• Develop marketing plans and grow new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to corporate mission, vision, and values.
