Job summary

You will lead supply chain engineering for a regional team serving a global aerospace manufacturer, overseeing design, strategy, and process management while supporting sales and implementation of innovative solutions. Applicants should have a Bachelor's (and preferably a Master's) in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in operations/engineering, and exposure to Lean/JIT principles and simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Operations and Engineering.
• 5+ years in experience including simulation packaging training.
• Lean manufacturing and JIT principles familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain engineering leadership for a regional team.
• Design and engineer supply chain services including network analysis, transportation, distribution, and process management.
• Involvement in sales process and implementation of designs, supporting continuous improvement.
• Lead engineering projects, proposals and presentations to customers.
